Club Assembly
- President – Brian

- Vice President – TBD; in line to become President Elect and eventually the President, in charge of major fundraisers and projects, think about nominations and email Brian with your nominations

Permanent Home
- In consideration for our permanent home are Jeremiah’s, Lillian’s, Napa, McGregor’s.
- After a lot of conversation, we agree that Lillian’s is our best choice based on location, menu, and they want us!
- Looking to keep the dinner price tag to around $18
- Herb agreed to be our liaison to contact Lillian and schedule a meeting with them to determine a menu for us
- We will also work on getting an updated list of birthdays and anniversaries; we have computer, projector, and screen for programs
Miscellaneous
- Dolly read a thank you note from Nathan Riek, our Interact scholarship winner
- John will be mailing out dues notices; dues are $155
- Arboretum clean up will be in the fall; possibly October when we can potentially have the Interact students help out
- Rich is still looking for 12 50/50 tickets but he suggests that the club buy them and have those winnings go back to the club; all agreed
- Garlic Festival – need volunteers to help the event and to man our booth/tent, we will also be selling coffee and donuts
Happy Dollars
- Robyn – nice not having to bring stuff in
- Ross – 5 members of the family that played great and won the lacrosse championship
- Ray – Brian’s 2nd meeting, chicken BBQ
- Marlene – had a cancer scare but is proudly cancer free
- John – getting out of a crowded house
- Bill – Yolickity fundraiser for Historical Society
- Bob, Donna, Tom – what the hell
- Joan – great meeting and Marlene’s good news
- Herb – Mary’s birthday and eldest daughter’s birthday, great club
- Kathy – healthy safe and kind presidential election
- Brian – thank you for all the support, winning lacrosse team, headed to Hershey for Timothy’s white coat ceremony
Upcoming Schedule
- 8/4 – Meeting location TBD
- 8/13 – Chicken BBQ @ Webster Village Party in the Park – 5:00 – Veteran’s Gazebo Park; Shelter Box to be set up for the Wine Walk
- 8/18 – Camp Haccamo Prom Night – we will be serving dinner to the campers, arrival at 5
- 8/25 – Picnic at 200 Judson Street aka Winslow Home, bring a dish to pass
- 9/8 – Literacy Day
- 9/9 – District 7120 Golf Tournament @ Lima Country Club – Robyn, Herb, Brian, and John will represent Webster!
- 9/10-11 – Webster Garlic Festival
