Thank you to Bob Willard for a very interesting and thought provoking presentation!

 

District Assembly will be Saturday, April 23 in Penn Yan.  Kathy, Robyn, Dennis, and Spencer will be attending.

 

Attendees are Kathy, Robyn, Joe C, Ross, Norie, Karen, Rich, Brian, Amy, Dennis, and Mary.  Kathy has ordered leis for us to wear.  Paul Harris will be awarded to the best presentation on our programs.

 

Bring any unused tickets back for Dennis.  117 have taken advantage of the early bird deadline.  We need gift cards for the raffle/auction prizes.  Please bring in the gift cards no later than 5/6.

 

We already have 2 foursomes for the tournament.  Robyn provided brochures along with cards for the event.  Please go to robynpalooza.com.  You can’t register online but there is a pdf that you can complete online.  Robyn will send out a merchant letter that can be used.

Stop Hunger Now is Saturday.  Ray, Marlene, and Robyn worked the event.  Over 15,000 bags of rice meals were prepared!  Next year we would like to coordinate a bigger turnout

 

How do we encourage new membership?  Especially millenials?  Brian suggested that each Rotarian bring a Rotary sticker to businesses they interact and ask them to display the sticker.  We are re-establishing our membership in the Webster Chamber of Commerce.

 

Whenever you are at any Rotary event, be sure to grab a picture to share!

Bill requested that we begin cataloging all pictures of Rotary and Rotary events.  Joe volunteered to scan and catalog the pictures and store them on Google Drive, etc.  Bill will begin bringing in pictures to begin this project.

 

Keller’s Kats Rescue Chicken BBQ/Paw It Forward Fundraiser on 5/14 at Webster Volunteer Firemen’s Building from 11-4; cost is $12 and food is served 12-3

 

There will be no meeting next week but Bill will be coordinating dinner at Cranberry Creek at 6:30 next Thursday.  Please email Bill if you plan on attending!

 

Spencer wins the 50/50 but pulls the 10 of clubs.  $32 was raised
