I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend! My back year could challenge our New Skating rink at the REC department for the best ice around!
A few notes from our meeting of February 7
- Jim Isaac offered a presentation on Shirley's Playground. A beautiful inclusive play ground to be built on Camp Haccamo Campus. Funds are being raised in anticipation of development this Spring, ready for campers this season.
- Rich discussed Crutches for Africa--storage has been set up on Parks and Rec grounds. Webster Rotary will assume responsibility for securing storage container. Calendar passed around -will develop a plan for securing storage area.
- Robyn opened discussion on this year's Golf tournament.

- Open discussion regarding proceeds of tournament--will assist with funding Webster Rotary charities
- March 7th meeting will be all about golf- Goal will be to have tournament committees developed, working schedule for due dates, Tournament time line. Push to find sponsors and new golfers!
- Members are asked to brainstorm for fundraiser events. They do not have to be grand events. Multiple small events would be very doable . Think fall fest, apple social.........
This past Thursday we celebrated Valentine's Day at Penfield Country Club. A great turn out, good dinner and a fun filled social time for everyone. Thank you to Robyn who led a great "get to know our Rotarians" game!
We are off this week. Next week is Penfield Rotary Brew and Dinner Paring:
Proceeds from the evening benefit Honor Flight Rochester and Camp Haccamo.
